His first album was released while he was still a member of Thin Lizzy. He was helped by members of the band as well as Mark Knopfler and Huey Lewis.

The Philip Lynott Album (1982) - rating: *****
This album sounds more electronic with the use of synhesizers. But it is even better than his debut album including the well known "Old Town".
